At Samtwolighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your lighting fixtures, we're here to help. Please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if the following conditions are met:

  • Return Period: You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Returned products must be free from any signs of wear, installation, or damage to qualify for a full refund.
  • Proof of Purchase: To initiate a refund, you must provide your order number and a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@samtwolighting.com. with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return (optional but appreciated).
  • Photos of the item(s) (if applicable, especially if damaged or defective).

Once your refund request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item(s) were damaged or defective upon arrival. If we determine the product is damaged during transit or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the card used for the original purchase.
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds will be credited to the PayPal account used for the original purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, including but not limited to:

  • Customized or made-to-order items (if applicable).
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@samtwolighting.com. We will either issue a full refund or provide a replacement at no additional charge. We ask that you provide photos of the damaged items, as well as the packaging, so we can assist in the claim process with our carrier.
